Hyatt Regency Sarasota
We have a block of rooms at a discounted rate available through the link. The Hyatt is about 10 minutes from the venue but more in the thick of things. There are tons of restaurants and bars near. This hotel would be the best option for those making a trip of their weekend in Sarasota and wish to be closer to city life. The free shuttle takes you to Main Street in Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach 4 times/day. This is where Sara & Jeff will be staying!

Tampa International Airport
The Tampa airport is further away from Sarasota but does provide more affordable nonstop flights through Southwest compared to the Sarasota airport.
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport
This airport is closest to the weekend festivities, but if nonstop flights are more important to you then we would suggest flying into Tampa!
